I’m too old to have had one, but my daughter did. She hated it. Did you have one of these? Did you have fun with it? Check out the kid at 4:25 who is KILLING it…and then the kid not long after that who says “It’s not “Skip-It”, it’s “Trip-It”!”
The customer experience must always be the first thing on the mind of an inventor and/or entrepreneur (Steve Jobs understood this better than most)! In the supplement business, we must always be sure that products are safe, that they are effective, that they taste great…and THEN be sure that we market them effectively.
When we put the marketing cart before the quality horse, customers will respond for a minute – but will eventually learn to “skip it”.
